Boxes ship on a bimonthly basis (6 boxes a year)
The Peko Peko Box is the box for all the Japan lovers out there.
It’s the box that takes you on a trip through the entire Japanese archipelago from the comfort of your home. It’s the box that connects enthusiasts of the country with the local producers and creators through an assortment of souvenir gifts and video shows.
Every 2 months, we set off to discover new places in Japan, from the peaceful pace of uncharted regions to the bustling life of iconic mega-cities. We record interviews and vlogs of local characters: the producers, artisans, monks and artists featured in your box.
You get to know the items you receive, meet those who made them, and learn about their region. You receive the box shipped from Japan to your door and access our videos in advance.
All our boxes are shipped on a schedule and as such, you are not able to choose your own delivery date.

To be fair and transparent with all our customers we do not include shipping cost in our prices. Shipping fees will be added during checkout.
We currently offer ePacket from Japan Post Office for all countries except US and Australia for which we offer DHL.
DHL does not seem to suffer delays due to covid-19 crisis. On the other hand the Post Office experiences delays.

Maybe you will; maybe you won’t. In any case, you are 100% responsible for paying consumption tax and import duties.
We do not know in advance if you will be charged for those. It depends on the mood of the customs officer on that day. Assume you will need to pay and you’ll be pleasantly surprised if you are not.
All items purchased are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returned orders/items.
