Take a trip to Kagoshima, in the south of Kyushu, with those ramen. The soup tonkotsu is (porc broth) based. But it is a little different than the usual one, as the broth is cooked with black pigs (kurobuta), one of Kagoshima speciality.
How to cook one serving:
– boil the ramen for 3 minutes in 480ml of water.
– add the soup and the flavored oil
– you can add some toppings as cabbage, porc, bean sprouts
